Oh man, I really want to like this place, and I fully realize that Sunday brunch is not the time to come to a restaurant if you want to have a good dining experience, but I just had such a terrible time eating here. I mostly only leave reviews for places I think are worth five stars, and very rarely for places that are worth one, but I'm taking the time to write this, because I think that management/owners should know and have a chance to see if there's anything that they can improve on. Communication from the host could use some improvement. It took a couple attempts to get on the waitlist at all, and then even though we were standing on the sidewalk right in front, the host was speaking so quietly that we didn't hear our name called and so we're skipped over. To the host's edit, when I went up and asked, he made sure that we got in next. All staff in general seemed harried, stressed, and unhappy to be there. Perhaps they were short staffed today, I don't know. But I paid for college by waiting tables, and in my experience when the entire staff feels that way, it's because there needs to be either more staff, present, or an overhaul or update of ordering/point-of-sale systems. Several of the teas on the menu were not available today. My food was cold as soon as it came out. When I told my server, this, she went back, spoke to the kitchen, and then informed me that that was the way it was served. It was a veggie Benedict. Might I suggest that you make it practice to grill the tomatoes on your veggie Benedict so that cold tomatoes from the fridge don't immediately cool down both the eggs, sauce, and English muffin? It was unpleasant to try and eat. On top of that, the poached eggs had runny whites in the middle, but because it had already been remade, I didn't feel like saying anything. The fruit side was all unripe and tasteless as well. Between the poor quality of the food, and the fact that the staff at no point made me feel valued as a customer, I wouldn't come back.

This is my second time coming here and I understand that our industry is still struggling with staff so I'll just clarify that from the beginning. We were waiting, with others, out in the front for a table in the over 100+ heat. I saw a couple walk in and hang inside spoke with (I think the Manager) and they were seated in front of others... before I could share my displeasure they sat my friend and I. Then I watched to see how long it was going to take them to seat the others outside since they let another couple skip the waitlist and sat them. Thankfully everyone was sat within 6 minutes on that waitlist. Our food was fine... Orange juice was freshly squeezed, delicious, the hollandaise sauce is very good here and the Benedict is light. My friend enjoyed her Omelet although the added ingredients came on TOP (outside) of the Omelet itself. Servers are trying to keep up, so have that in mind when you are seated. There is seating outside on the sidewalk and a fan with a mister attached... can't say if it really helped, as we were seated inside. Respectfully Reviewed

I highly recommend this place,the foods are awesome 👌...in my first day visiting with my wife and daughter ❤️ it was totally full inside and outside;and like 4 guests waiting to be sitting in a weekend .... believe me guys I said to my wife..."Heeeeeeeell Noooooo I don't wanna wait for these ,look all around..is fuuuuuuull..." the point "IS" we wait around 10 minutes maximum....and believe me you won't be disappointed for waiting...here leave a couple pictures of my visit the beautiful and yummy place.....
